How To Request Deletion
Send a deletion request to support@velestra.com from the email address associated with your account or integration request.
Include your name, organization, Meta app or business asset reference when available, and a clear statement that you are requesting deletion.
Verification
Velestra verifies that the requester is authorized to make the deletion request before changing or deleting data.
If more information is needed, the support channel will request the minimum details required to verify the request.
Completion
After verification, Velestra deletes or anonymizes eligible data unless retention is required for security, legal, or abuse-prevention reasons.
A confirmation response is sent through the support channel after the request is processed.
