When a Meta integration is connected inside the product, Velestra processes the minimum account and API data required to provide the requested operational workflow.
Meta Integration Data
Meta integration data can include account identifiers, granted permission metadata, connected asset metadata, and API responses needed to operate the requested feature.
Access tokens and secret material are handled by server-side systems and are not intentionally exposed through this public website.
Retention And Deletion
Support requests are retained only as long as needed for operational, security, and compliance handling.
